# Firmable

> Enrich companies and people, and find the right contacts at an account, from your Firmable data.

Firmable connects with an API key you generate in your Firmable profile. It covers Australia and New Zealand plus eleven other markets - every action takes a country and defaults to AU.

## What you can do

**Actions** - enrich company, enrich person, search people at a company.

**Triggers** - none. Use it through the assistant in chat or as an action node in an automation.

## Get your credential

    Sign in at [app.firmable.com](https://app.firmable.com) and go to **Profile → Integrations →
    API**.

    Click **Generate API Key** and copy it. Keys start with `fbl_` and can be viewed, copied, and
    recreated from the same page.

## Connect

    In arg.ai, go to **Settings → Integrations** and click **Connect** on **Firmable**.

  <Step title="Paste the key">Enter your API key in the API key field.</Step>
  <Step title="Save">arg.ai verifies the key against your Firmable account and connects it.</Step>

## Use it

* **In chat:** *"Enrich smec.com with Firmable, then list its engineering leaders."*
* **In an automation:** add a **Firmable** action node to enrich a company, then chain a people search on the company id it returns to build a contact list.

## Look-ups

* **Enrich company** matches on a domain, website, LinkedIn URL or slug, ABN, or Firmable company id - supply at least one.
* **Enrich person** matches on a work email, personal email, LinkedIn URL or slug, or Firmable person id - supply at least one.
* **Search people** takes a Firmable company id (from an enrich-company step) and optionally narrows by job title, seniority band, or department. Matches come back under `records`, with `total` alongside - chain a later step off `records`.
