zoom_* actions are available in chat, apps, and automations.
What you can do
Actions - list meetings, get a meeting, create a meeting, list cloud recordings, get a meeting’s recording files, read a meeting’s transcript, read its AI Companion summary, list a past meeting’s participants. Triggers - Recording completed: starts an automation when one of your cloud recordings has finished processing. By default it waits for the audio transcript too; turn off require_transcript to fire on any finished recording. Polled, so it fires within about 15 minutes of the recording being ready.Connect

- In an automation: start from the Zoom - Recording completed trigger, read the transcript with Zoom: read a meeting transcript, and write notes into

How the data fits together
A recording is the starting point for anything about a past call - list them for up to 30 days at a time. Each carries a meetinguuid, which identifies that one occurrence of the meeting. Pass the uuid to read a meeting transcript, read the AI Companion summary, or list past participants. A numeric meeting id also works and means the most recent occurrence.
Transcripts exist only when cloud recording with audio transcription is on in the host’s Zoom settings, and summaries only when AI Companion meeting summaries are on. While Zoom is still processing a recording, reading its transcript answers not_found.
The transcript comes back two ways: text, one Speaker: words line per cue, and lines, each with its start offset and speaker.
